Fertile offspring are the offspring of two organisms that are capable of reproducing and producing their own viable offspring. In other words, fertile offspring are able to successfully mate and produce offspring of their own, ensuring the continuation of the species. This is in contrast to infertile offspring, which are unable to reproduce. Fertile offspring are essential for the survival and propagation of a species. **

No, sharks do not eat their offspring. In fact, most shark species do not provide any parental care for their young. Once the female shark lays her eggs or gives birth to live young, she typically leaves them to fend for themselves. Some species of sharks may lay their eggs in protected areas or provide some level of protection for their young, but they do not intentionally prey on their own offspring. **

Pigeons typically have offspring in the spring and summer months. **

Tomcats do not typically recognize their offspring in the same way that some other animals do. They do not have a strong parental bond with their offspring and may not show any recognition or special behavior towards them. Once the kittens are weaned, the tomcat's involvement in their care and upbringing is usually minimal. However, there may be some variation in individual tomcat behavior, and some may show more interest in their offspring than others. **

Your offspring has a unique combination of genetic traits inherited from both you and your partner. They have the potential to develop their own personality, talents, and characteristics as they grow and mature. Your offspring also has the love and support of their family to help them navigate through life's challenges and experiences. **

Yes, horses can have multiple offspring. Horses typically give birth to a single foal, but it is possible for them to have twins or even triplets, although multiple births are rare. When a horse does have multiple offspring, it can be a challenging situation for the mother to care for and raise all of the foals, as well as for the owner to provide proper care and attention to each foal. **

Yes, goldfish are known to eat guppy offspring. Goldfish are omnivorous and will eat small fish, including guppy fry. It is important to keep goldfish and guppies separate if you want to prevent the goldfish from preying on the guppy offspring. Providing plenty of hiding places for the guppy fry can also help protect them from being eaten by goldfish. **

Yes, female swordbearers do have offspring. They reproduce through a process called ovoviviparity, in which the female retains the eggs inside her body until they hatch, and then gives birth to live young. This reproductive strategy allows the female swordbearer to protect her offspring until they are fully developed and able to fend for themselves. **
